Eventix provides a comprehensive event management and ticketing platform that enables organizers to create events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and process payments securely.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all event information is accurate and truthful
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Fulfilling all obligations to ticket purchasers
  • Handling refunds according to your stated policy
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

5. Payment Processing

Eventix processes payments through secure third-party payment processors. By using our service, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. Payouts are processed according to your selected plan's schedule.

6. Fees and Pricing

Eventix charges service fees based on your subscription plan. Current fees are displayed at the time of transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eventix are owned by Eventix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eventix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
